Can a customer with ADP file a claim in the first 30 days?

Customers cannot make a claim under the ADP program until 30 days after the original date of purchase.   The reason for this waiting period is that many retailers are unable to provide sales data to W3 Solutions in real time which means we will not have the customer information in our warranty management system.   the 30 day waiting period ensures a seamless experience for the customer when they have a claim.
